The complex is nice in terms of appearance/upkeep and layout. The personnel/staff is very personable and always helpful. I enjoy the location of the complex and how close it is to everyday things as well. So, in general, I LGenjoy living at Cypress Pointe. There's plenty of privacy- even though it's such a big complex.. Though the only down side then is parking. I'm not sure what it is- whether there's too many cars per apartment or what but I once in a while am able to get parking for myself in front or around the corner of my apartment building. All too frequently I'm having to park opposite or down the little block, which isn't very convenient. It can therefore be hard to have any sort of friends invited with such limited parking.

I have lived here for about 4 years now and have loved every minute of it. I haven't had problems with the staff or any of the apts. I love all the things that are available to me and this is the best location. Also the price are very competitive!

I love the area and I love my apartment. I especially enjoy my huge bedroom which is 18 feet long. I don't plan to leave for a long time.

The quality of the apartments and the complex are good. The grounds are kept up nice most of the time. There's a variety of recreational equipment- swimming pools, exercise room, rec room, pool table, etc. And the employees and office managers are very personable and accomodating as well, especially if something needs fixing, etc.

I would tell anyone looking to live at Cypress Pointe that it is a fantastic apartment complex! Everyone is friendly, everything is clean and the maintenance staff is fantastic!! Any issues that come up are quickly taken care of! It is extremely affordable especially for location!! I've lived here for 3 years and don't plan on leaving any time soon!!

Rent is fair, upkeep is outstanding; access to expressways is outstanding. Neighbors are friendly, and helpful.

Quiet, lovely landscaping and trees, nice apartments with little perks like LOTS of closet space in one-bedrooms and fireplaces in two-bedrooms. The staff are super-friendly and willing to help you out with the littlest of problems. The maintenance staff are pretty prompt at getting any jobs done. Tenants do come and go a lot but that's probably due to being so near the hospitals. And there's the beautiful Brown Park just across the street as well as The Mall St. Matthews and Shelbyville Road Plaza within walking distance.

It's a quiet community surrounded by quiet neighborhood streets with easy walking access to shopping/mall, restaurants, and the post office. The complex is surrounded by grassy park area and wildlife that is very much enjoyed, especially on warm sunny days. Very helpful office staff and maintenance workers and the price for the amount of floor space is better than fair. Pets are allowed, which is a plus for us.

Great! It's very clean and friendly with great amenities, friendly staff and neighbors. Wonderful location. At most places you would pay hundreds more for what Cypress Pointe offers.
